    Returns on Non-Personalized Items

    We accept returns onΒ unused, unworn, and non-personalizedΒ items withinΒ 30 daysΒ of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. All returns must beΒ approved by Melody FayeΒ before being sent back.

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if your item arrivesΒ damaged or incorrect, please notify us withinΒ 3 days of deliveryΒ by emailingΒ hello@melodyfaye.comΒ with:

    βœ”οΈ A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

    Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or a refund if necessary.

    Final Sale Items

    Because most of our products are customized just for you, weΒ do not accept returns on personalized itemsΒ unless there was a mistake made by Melody Faye. Additionally, the following items areΒ final saleΒ andΒ cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Custom orders and personalized orders.
    • Holiday-themed items.
    • Items with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer

    Once a customized order has entered production,Β no changes can be made, and refunds will not be issued.

    Shipping & Refunds

    • Unless the return is due to an error on our part,Β the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the product price once the return is receivedβ€”postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
