    We totally get it—sometimes things don’t work out! Here’s everything you need to know about returns and exchanges at Melody Faye.

    RETURNS ON NON-PERSONALIZED ITEMS

    We accept returns on unused, unworn, and non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. All returns must be approved by Melody Faye before being sent back.

    DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

    We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@melodyfaye.com with:
    ✔️ Your order number
    ✔️ A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging

    Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or a refund if necessary.

    FINAL SALE ITEMS

    Because most of our products are customized just for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there was a mistake made by Melody Faye. Additionally, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

    • Custom orders and personalized orders.
    • Holiday-themed items.
    • Items with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer

    Once a customized order has entered production, no changes can be made, and refunds will not be issued.

    SHIPPING & REFUNDS

    • Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the product price once the return is received—postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
    • Refunds or replacements will not be issued after 3 days of receiving your order for damaged items and 30 days for non-personalized items.
    Melody Faye is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carriers (USPS, UPS etc) and NO refunds will be issued to customers if their order is delayed by the carrier as long as Melody Faye has transferred the package to the carrier and the tracking number is showing that the package is with the carrier. 

    Melody Faye has tracking information available for each and every package that is shipped. In the event an item is seemingly lost in transit, Melody Faye does wait 15 mailing days (from the shipment date) prior to beginning a research investigation with the mailing authority. If the package is deemed lost by the postal service itself, replacement items will be issued (please allow 7 business days for the research to take place).

    If the order is returned to Melody Faye marked as "incorrect address" by the shipping authority, and it was shipped to the address you provided, you will be responsible for the cost to have the items reshipped out. You must provide an updated (correct) mailing address prior to reshipment.

    Melody Faye is not liable for packages lost or stolen once the shipping authority has deemed them delivered to your address.

    If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please contact Melody Faye prior to ordering. Additional fees will apply.

    If items are damaged in transit, Melody Faye will replace items as long as the broken item and original packaging (including box) are kept in order for a claim to be placed through USPS.
