Returns on Non-Personalized Items
We accept returns on unused, unworn, and non-personalized items within 30 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. All returns must be approved by Melody Faye before being sent back.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packing and shipping your order, but if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please notify us within 3 days of delivery by emailing hello@melodyfaye.com with:
✔️ Your order number
✔️ A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging
Once reviewed, we’ll be happy to provide a replacement or a refund if necessary.
Final Sale Items
Because most of our products are customized just for you, we do not accept returns on personalized items unless there was a mistake made by Melody Faye. Additionally, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Custom orders and personalized orders.
- Holiday-themed items.
- Items with errors due to incorrect information provided by the customer
Once a customized order has entered production, no changes can be made, and refunds will not be issued.
Shipping & Refunds
- Unless the return is due to an error on our part, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We will refund the product price once the return is received—postage and handling fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds or replacements will not be issued after 3 days of receiving your order for damaged items and 30 days for non-personalized items.
